How do I view, change or cancel a reservation ?

To change or cancel a reservation, you must first read the sales conditions for the reserved rate because some rates have specific conditions for changes or cancellations.

You made your reservation directly with a hotel: please contact the hotel directly for all change or cancellation requests. You can find contact details on the hotel's description page.

  • If you have an account, log in to view your reservation in the « Manage my bookings » section
  • If you do not have an account, view your reservation
  • Please check availability at your chosen hotel and then change your booking:
  • Through our website: you will need to cancel your original reservation before making a new one
  • Through our reservation office : you will need the confirmation number that was sent to you when you made your reservation, as well as the arrival date of your stay
  • Through the hotel directly: you can find contact details on the hotel's description page

If you made your reservation directly through a travel agency, please contact the agency who carried out your reservation for all change or cancellation requests.
